SL Green Realty, Rockpoint Form Joint Venture For Ownership Of 100 Park Avenue Through $425M Sale Of SL Green's 49% Stake To Rockpoint

SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), Manhattan's largest office landlord, and Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, today announced a joint venture for the ownership of 100 Park Avenue through SL Green's sale of a 49% interest to Rockpoint at a gross asset valuation of $425.0 million.
