Jiaheng Jiahua announced that the information disclosure obligor Zeng Bensheng plans to reduce his holdings of Jiaheng Jiahua shares by 19.5552 million shares, 5.2416 million shares, and 5.140,800 shares, accounting for 19.40%, 5.20%, and 5.10% of the company's total share capital, respectively, and relinquish the voting rights of 260.06 million shares of the remaining shares. The shareholding ratio will drop to 25.79% after the transfer.
