China Everbright Bank (06818): Liu Qiao Appointed Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Everbright Bank (06818) announced that due to the expiration of his term of office, Mr. Liu Qiao will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. and related positions in the special committee of the board of directors from December 30, 2025.
