Thon Gruppen Bags Acceptances for 27% Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap Shares

02:43 AM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Thon Gruppen received acceptances to acquire 27,545,016 shares in Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap (OLT.OL), reflecting 27.1% of its entire share capital, according to a Tuesday release. Thon Gruppen, which already owns a 67.7% interest in the Norwegian real estate company, plans to acquire the remaining Olav Thon shares and delist it from the Oslo Stock Exchange. ABG Sundal Collier is the financial adviser to Thon Gruppen.
