According to the data, a total of 80,702 property sales contracts of all types were submitted for registration with the Hong Kong Land Registry in 2025 (an increase of 18.7% compared with 2024, and an increase of 39.1% compared with 2023).

The total value of property sales contracts in Hong Kong in 2025 was $614.28 billion (up 15.0% from 2024 and 28.5% compared with 2023). The total number of building transfer contracts in 2025 was 10,2431 (up 29.5% from 2024 and 18.5% compared with 2023). The total value of building transfer agreements in 2025 was $644.55 billion (up 32.8% from 2024 and 9.3% compared with 2023).

The total number of public searches in 2025 was 461,7270 (up 4.4% from 2024 and 0.7% compared with 2023).
