Nordex Lands 224-MW Wind Turbines Order for German Projects

02:07 AM EST, 01/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordex (NDX1.F) secured a 224.4-megawatt turbine order from Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen for wind projects in Germany. Under the agreement, the wind turbine manufacturer will deliver 33 N175/6.X wind turbines for nine different projects in the Brandenburg, Thuringia, and North Rhine-Westphalia regions, according to a Tuesday release. The contract also includes a 20-year premium service maintenance deal. Nordex will build and install the turbines beginning in 2027.
