Urbanfund Corp. Announces Loan to Shareholder

TORONTO, Jan. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Urbanfund Corp. (TSX-V: UFC) (“Urbanfund” or the “Company”), announces that it entered into loan agreement dated January 5, 2026 (the “Loan Agreement”) pursuant to which the Company has agreed to loan Westdale Construction Co. Limited (“Westdale”) the principal amount of ‎‎$10,000,000‎‎ (the “Loan”). The Loan is repayable within one year and will bear interest at ‎‎5.45% per annum.
