Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group completed the sale of a four-property shopping center portfolio totaling over 714,000 square feet of retail space across Michigan, Wisconsin, and Alabama. The portfolio was sold by RCG Ventures and acquired by Albanese Cormier.
A 52,302 square foot two-tenant building 100% occupied by Dick’s Sporting Goods and PetSmart in Oshkosh, and McGowin Park, a 374,881 square foot, 98% leased regional center anchored by Dick’s House of Sport in Mobile.
The portfolio’s two Michigan properties include Oak Brook Square, a 152,073-square-foot, 97% leased regional center located in Flint, and Bison Hollow Shopping Center, a 134,798-square-foot, 100% leased regional center in Traverse City.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Ben Wineman was the broker on the portfolio sale, in cooperation with Greg Hess of TSCG on McGowin Park, Daniel Stern of Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. on Bison Hollow and Oak Brook Square, and Nick Kohlmann, George Ghattas, and Dan Rosenfeld on the Dick’s & PetSmart Center.
