(Nasdaq: MOBX, "Mobix Labs" or the "Company"), a leading provider of advanced connectivity solutions, today announced that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof to purchase shares of its common stock) in a public offering.
