Saudi Court Overturns Suspension of Ruling Ordering Molan Steel's SAR18 Million Payment to Yara

10:09 AM EST, 01/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- A Saudi Arabian court canceled a decision to suspend enforcement of a ruling requiring Molan Steel (SASE:9553) to pay 17.9 million Saudi riyals to Norwegian crop nutrition group Yara International (YAR.OL). In its final judgment, the Commercial Court of Appeal in Riyadh also dismissed steel supplier Molan's request to suspend enforcement of the ruling, according to a Monday release. In October 2025, the Saudi Arabia-based iron products supplier sued Yara in a bid to cancel a sale contract.
