According to Mysteel's compilation, 29 provinces have already announced the “15th Five-Year Plan” planning proposals. Of these, 20 provinces mentioned coal-related content in their planning proposals. Several provinces have proposed strengthening the clean and efficient use of coal; promoting intelligent, green and safe coal mining; continuing to release high-quality coal production capacity; and speeding up the transformation and upgrading of coal power.
