Catrion Catering Discloses Shareholder Sellers for Purchase of 55% Stake in Al Khalijiya Catering

03:59 AM EST, 01/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catrion Catering (SASE:6004) on Sunday disclosed the shareholders for its share purchase and sale deal for a 55% stake in Al Khalijiya Catering. The airlines-focused catering company will buy the stake from Al Khalijiya Catering shareholders Fouad Abdullah AlRashed, Sami Naif Al Teraiki, Mohammed Saad Abothnin, International Regions Co., and Mansour Saad Abothnin. The transaction was disclosed in December 2025.
