As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 17.76 yuan/kg, up 1.0% from before the holiday; beef was 65.94 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from before the holiday; lamb was 62.92 yuan/kg, up 0.1% from before the holiday; eggs were 7.40 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from before the holiday; and white striped chicken was 17.54 yuan/kg, down 1.4% from before the holiday season. The average price of the 28 kinds of vegetables monitored was 5.61 yuan/kg, down 0.4% from before the holiday; the average price of the 6 kinds of fruit monitored was 7.92 yuan/kg, the same as before the holiday season. Crucian carp was 18.88 yuan/kg, down 1.5% from before the holiday; carp was 13.76 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from before the holiday; white mackerel was 10.00 yuan/kg, down 5.1% from before the holiday season; and large octopus was 40.43 yuan/kg, down 1.9% from before the holiday season. Today, of the 46 varieties monitored in the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top five price increases compared to pre-holiday season were rhubarb, cucumber, oyster mushrooms, garlic and green onions, with increases of 4.4%, 2.7%, 1.8%, 1.2%, and 1.2%, respectively; the top five price declines were white mackerel, mackerel, rapeseed, zucchini and lettuce, with margins of 5.1%, 4.4%, 3.4%, and 3.3%, respectively.
