  • CBRE announced the following individuals have been promoted at its San Francisco office: Sarah Kelley has been promoted to EVP; Shap Roder, promoted to EVP; Scott Nykodym, promoted to EVP; Steve Chaitin, promoted to EVP; Madison Dutra Sarro, promoted to SVP; Sam Stein, promoted to SVP; Reuben Torenberg, promoted to SVP; Madeline Redmond, promoted to senior associate; and Alex Robertson, promoted to senior associate. 
  • Tetra Tech, Inc., a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, announced that Jeffrey R. (Jeff) Feeler, former chairman, CEO and president of US Ecology, has been appointed to the company’s board of directors. He will serve on the audit committee and the compensation committee.

  • Balboa Real Estate announced that Alejandro R. Hernandez, Esq., a New York–licensed attorney, real estate broker, and business advisor with more than two decades of experience, has joined the firm’s Kreative Luxe team with Kiana Gao. Hernandez will represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions while also providing senior-level transaction advisory and coordination support under the supervision of the Broker of Record.
