Hong Wei Asia (08191): Leung Chi-man appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Hong Wei Asia (08191) announced that Mr. Kwong Lun-ki (Mr. Kwong) has proposed to resign as Company Secretary (Company Secretary) of the Company and will no longer act as an authorized representative (authorized representative) of the Company in accordance with section 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (GEM Listing Rules) GEM Securities Listing Rules (GEM Listing Rules), with effect from January 2, 2026.
