Morrow Bank ASA Concludes Cross-border Merger Deal with Morrow Bank AB

05:48 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norway-based Morrow Bank ASA (MOBA.OL) completed its cross-border merger with Morrow Bank AB as part of its planned relisting on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to a Friday release. Under the merger, Morrow Bank ASA shares were exchanged one-for-one for Morrow Bank AB shares, with the latter as the surviving entity. Trading of Morrow Bank AB shares on Nasdaq Stockholm is scheduled to begin on Jan. 9. The deal was announced in April 2025.
