Tungsten West Concludes Partial Conversion of 2023 Convertible Loan Notes

05:46 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tungsten West (TUN.L) said it completed a partial conversion of its 2023 convertible loan notes by issuing 584,831,728 new ordinary shares at 0.03 pounds sterling apiece on Dec. 31, 2025. The British miner noted that following the conversion, 12.9 million-pound notes remain outstanding and will accrue no further interest and will be settled through the issue of the new non-voting B-shares, subject to shareholder approval.
