The Registrar of Hong Kong Companies issued a registration certificate for a change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company on December 22, 2025, confirming that the company has changed its name and is now registered in Hong Kong under the English name “East Nova Holdings Limited” and the Chinese name “Kai Ming Oriental Holdings Limited” under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The English stock abbreviation for the company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “HSSP INTL” to “EAST NOVA HLDGS”, and the Chinese stock abbreviation “Qiming Oriental Holdings” will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on January 7, 2026.
