Eneng Logistics (09956): 40,000 share options have been exercised

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Eneng Logistics (09956) announced that 40,000 share options have been exercised, and the delivery of 40,000 shares held by the 2023 plan trustee has been completed; and 40,000 unowned restricted share units under the 2023 share incentive plan have expired. No new shares were issued as a result of the exercise of the above share options.
