Leading global companies such as Samsung Electronics, Tata Electronics, and Foxconn are on the approved list. These companies will receive government subsidies under the Electronic Component Manufacturing Incentive Program, which has a total budget of 229.19 billion rupees. The approved projects cover the manufacture of mobile phone cases, camera components and various other electronic components. In recent years, India has continued to step up efforts to promote the development of the electronics manufacturing industry, introducing a series of incentive policies to attract domestic and foreign investors, expand local production capacity, reduce dependence on imports, and strengthen the resilience of the industrial chain in various fields.
