Geely Auto (00175) issues 235,500 shares due to exercise of share options

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Geely Automobile (00175) issued an announcement to issue 173,500 common shares on January 2, 2026 due to the Group's employees exercising share options under the share option plan (adopted on April 28, 2023).

On January 2, 2026, 57,000 common shares were issued as a result of related entity participants exercising share options under the share option plan (adopted on April 28, 2023).
