BATM Advanced Communications Closes Disposal of Diagnostics Distribution Business

03:43 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BATM Advanced Communications (BVC.L) completed the sale of its diagnostics distribution business, AMS 2000 Trading Impex, to shareholder Zvi Marom, according to a Friday release. As part of the transaction, the network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and diagnostic technologies company will transfer Marom's 96,794,500 ordinary shares in the company to its unit Sunstring. The share transfer is expected to complete in January.
