International Workplace Group to Kick Off First Tranche of New Share Repurchase Program

01:12 AM EST, 01/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- International Workplace Group (IWG.L) will initiate the first tranche worth up to $50 million under its new share repurchase program on Friday. The share repurchase program will run until Dec. 31, 2026, and will be managed by Jefferies International, the hybrid workspace platform operator said Wednesday. All bought-back shares will be canceled to reduce share capital. The company previously completed its 2025 share buyback program totaling $130 million.
