On December 31, 2025, Huafu Securities held a group cadre meeting to announce the Fujian Provincial Committee's decision on the appointment of the main leaders of Huafu Securities. Following a study and decision by the provincial committee, Comrade Huang Deliang served as a member of the Committee of the Communist Party of China Fujian Financial Investment Co., Ltd., and Comrade Jiang Songrong served as the deputy secretary of the CCP Huafu Securities Co., Ltd.
