Helen Zhe announced that the company plans to use its own capital of RMB 739 million to acquire 51% of the shares of Hubei and Andun Fire Technology Co., Ltd. held by Mr. Li Xianjun, Ms. Li Ke, Mr. Liu Ce, Hubei Yuxing Enterprise Management Partnership, and Hubei Yuxing Enterprise Management Partnership. After the transaction is completed, the company will become the controlling shareholder of Enshield and Enshield will become the company's holding subsidiary.
