Weiliang Holdings (08612): Proposed appointment of Gao Ling as the new auditor

Since the company failed to reach an agreement with Changqing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (Changqing) on audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, Changqing has resigned as the company's auditor since December 31, 2025. The board of directors announced that, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to recommend the appointment of Kaolin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Gao Ling) as the company's new auditor. The term of office will be until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company. It will be subject to acceptance of the letter of approval before it can be implemented.
