Zhengwei Group (02147): Zhu Junbin was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhengwei Group (02147) issued an announcement, effective from December 31, 2025: Ms. Lin Qiuyun has resigned as an executive director and a member of the company's nomination committee due to changes in her work schedule. Mr. Hu Ruiwe has resigned as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee to spend more time dealing with his personal affairs. Mr. Wan Ming and Ms. Zhu Junbin have been appointed as executive directors and independent non-executive directors respectively.

Furthermore, after the resignation of Ms. Lin Qiuyun (as a member of the Nomination Committee) and Mr. Hu Ruiwe (as a member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Ms. Zhu Junbin was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 31 December 2025.
