ASIX Technology (01675) appoints Ouyang Ye as CEO

Zhitong Finance App News, ASIX Technology (01675) announced that due to retirement, Mr. Gao Nianshu resigned as an executive director and CEO of the company and will no longer serve as a member or authorized representative of the company's nomination committee and strategy and investment committee. The relevant resignation will take effect from December 31, 2025. Dr. Ouyang Ye, the company's current chief technology officer, has been appointed as CEO since January 1, 2026. Mr. Ge Ming, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from 31 December 2025.
