Zheshang Bank (02016) proposes to appoint Lu Linhua as an executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Zheshang Bank (02016) issued an announcement. The board of directors recommended the appointment of Mr. Lu Linhua as the executive director of the bank's 7th board of directors.

The Board received Mr. Chen Haiqiang's resignation on December 31, 2025. Mr. Chen Haiqiang ceased to serve as the bank's governor due to his work schedule, and his resignation took effect on December 31, 2025.

The board of directors passed a resolution on December 31, 2025 to appoint Mr. Lu Linhua as the bank's president. The term of office is the same as the 7th board of directors. According to relevant regulations, Mr. Lu Linhua's qualifications as governor have yet to be approved by the General Financial Supervisory Authority. Mr. Lu Linhua performed the duties of the bank's governor on his behalf until his qualifications for the post of governor were approved.
