China Health Technology Group (01069) appoints Bi Xue as Chairman

Zhitong Finance App News, China Health Technology Group (01069) announced that since the resolution relating to re-election of Professor Ling Feng as an executive director and the resolution relating to re-election of Mr. Guo Zhonglong as an independent non-executive director were not passed at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Professor Ling Feng will retire as an executive director at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting, while Mr. Guo Zhonglong will retire as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting.

Since December 31, 2025, Professor Ling Feng has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ms. Bi Xue has been appointed as Chairman.
