Lion Rock Group (01127): Wang Shiyang was appointed as the company's executive director and authorized representative

After 31 December 2025, Ms. Lam will also cease to act as an authorized representative of the company as required by section 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules. Mr. Zhu Zhenhuan will retire as a non-executive director of the company on December 31, 2025 (the last day of his service period). Mr. Zhu will continue to be the honorary chairman of Asia Pacific Offset Limited, a subsidiary of the Group. Furthermore, Mr. Wang Shiyang has been appointed as the company's executive director and authorized representative with effect from January 1, 2026.
