ST Colida (603828.SH): Plans to suspend stock trading due to control changes

Zhitong Finance App News, ST Colida (603828.SH) announced that the company received a notice from Suzhou Kolida Group Co., Ltd. (“Kolida Group”), the controlling shareholder of the company, on December 31, 2025, that its shareholders intend to transfer 100% of their shares in Kolida Group. Up to now, Colida Group directly owns 18.74% of the company's shares. If the transfer is completed, it will result in a change in control of the company. Following the application, trading of the company's shares will be suspended from January 5, 2026 (Monday). The suspension period is expected to be no more than 2 trading days.
