Risen Life Services (01922): Pan Xiaohu appointed as Chairman of the Board

Zhitong Finance App News, Risen Life Services (01922) announced that Mr. Zhu Li will retire as a non-executive director at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on December 31, 2025. Due to his retirement, Mr. Zhu Li no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee, and a member of the Board Remuneration Committee, and the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, effective from 31 December 2025. In addition, Mr. Pan Xiaohu was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, as well as the company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from December 31, 2025.
