This batch of plans includes 9 new construction projects, 3,241 housing units, 1 raised project, 123 housing units, 2 completed projects, 1,857 housing units, and 7 municipal roads and water, electricity, and heat supporting projects corresponding to the 4 planned projects to be started within the year. In 2025, Beijing Construction raised about 67,000 guaranteed housing units, completed 135% of the annual 50,000 units, completed nearly 100,000 guaranteed housing units of various types, and completed 125% of the annual 80,000 housing units.
