(China)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, received a notice of acceptance of registration from the China Interbank Market Dealers Association that China Resources Gas Investment (China) plans to issue medium-term notes in China on December 24, 2025 (China Market Association Note [2025] number MTN1265). According to the notice, the registration is valid for two years from the date the notice is issued, and China Resources Gas Investment (China) can issue medium-term notes totaling RMB 8 billion in installments during this period. If the proposed issuance of medium-term notes is carried out, it is expected that the funds raised will be used to repay the interest-bearing debts of China Resources Gas Investment (China) or its subsidiaries.
