It is a joint liability guarantee. It has not exceeded the estimated annual amount, and there is no reverse guarantee. Due to loan replacement, the cloud computing guarantee amount was adjusted from 173 million yuan to 0, and Chengdi Kai was adjusted from 500 million yuan to 673 million yuan within the 2025 guarantee amount. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total external guarantees of the Company and its holding subsidiaries were $4.890 billion, accounting for 137.67% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
