Action plan for promoting the application of recycled materials

The application and promotion of recycled materials is an important means of improving the waste recycling system and vigorously developing a circular economy. Encourage the construction of large-scale scrap processing and distribution centers in areas with concentrated electric furnace steel production capacity, promote the integrated development of scrap steel recycling, dismantling, processing and distribution, raise the level of classification and classification of scrap steel, and promote the efficient recycling of scrap steel resources.
