Jinyuan Hydrogenation (02502): Proposed appointment of Xu Fenglei as non-executive director and Zhou Feng as shareholder representative supervisor

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinyuan Hydrogenation (02502) issued an announcement. Due to changes in the work schedule, Mr. Wang Kaibao has resigned as a non-executive director and Mr. Wu Zhiqiang has resigned as the company's shareholder representative supervisor, effective from the end of the Company's upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. After Mr. Wang's resignation takes effect, he will no longer serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Chairman of the Company's Strategy Committee.

In order to fill the vacancies of resigned directors and supervisors, the board of directors proposes to appoint Mr. Xu Fenglei as a non-executive director and Mr. Zhou Feng as shareholders' representative supervisor, subject to shareholders' approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The term of office immediately follows the end of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors and Supervisors.
