Silicon Xin Group (08349): Lu Wenbo was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Ms. Long Mei (Ms. Long) has resigned as an independent non-executive director with effect from December 31, 2025 to invest more time in his other business. Ms. Lung also ceased serving as the chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and a member of the Company's Audit Committee, effective from the same date.

Furthermore, Mr. Lu Wenbo (Mr. Lu) was appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 31 December 2025.
