Zhifu Real Estate Trust (00778): Ho Avon was appointed as the manager's independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhifu Industrial Trust (00778) announced that Mr. Ho Ewen has been appointed as the manager's independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, Disclosure Committee and Task Committee, effective from January 1, 2026; independent non-executive director Ms. Zheng Aiping will retire as independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Disclosure Committee and Select Committee on December 31, 2025; and Ms. Gao Baohua, an independent non-executive director, will replace Ms. Zheng Aiping as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from January 1, 2026.
