Saudi Printing and Packaging Co Receives Regulatory Approval for Capital Increase

11:11 PM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority approved the Saudi Printing and Packaging Co's (SASE:4270) proposed capital raise by way of a debt conversion worth 73.7 million Saudi riyals. The regulator added in a Tuesday release that the paper and plastic manufacturer is expected to hold its extraordinary general assembly within the next six months to satisfy regulatory and legal requirements.
