Focus Media announced that on December 30, 2025, the company signed an “Asset Purchase Agreement” with five counterparties, including Zhang Jixue, Chengdu Pengjin Ruiheng Enterprise Management Consulting Center, and Pang Shengdong. According to the agreement, after paying cash, the company will purchase 1.30487 million shares of Chengdu Xinchao Media Group Co., Ltd. held by the counterparty, accounting for 9.98% of the total number of shares in the bid company, with a total transaction consideration of 506 million yuan.
