According to Zhitong Finance App, Beautiful Garden Healthcare (02373) announced that on December 30, 2025, in order to make effective use of idle funds, Beijing Bellisse, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, subscribed to capital protected wealth management products with a total subscription amount of RMB 80 million from SPD Bank according to December 30.

In addition, through Beijing Bellis and Shanghai Meilitianyuan Healthcare, the company (i) subscribed from SPD Bank for a subscription amount of RMB 10 million on November 28, 2025; (ii) subscribed from SPD Bank for a subscription amount of RMB 70 million on November 21, 2025 according to November 21; (iii) subscribed from SPD Bank for a subscription amount of RMB 80 million on October 9, 2025 according to October 9, 2025. All of the above products have not yet expired on the date of this announcement.
