The “Certain Measures” suggest that agricultural transfers who buy newly built commercial housing in the main urban area of the city, pay deeds tax and settle in accordance with the law will be given full financial subsidies for the payment of deeds; 120,000 yuan of housing purchase subsidies for families belonging to the martyrs who buy newly built commercial housing in the main urban area of the city; 10,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan housing purchase subsidies respectively for retired and active military personnel purchasing newly built commercial housing in the main urban area of the city; families with two and three children domiciled in Shaoguan will be given 10,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan, respectively; Faculty and staff working, healthcare workers, firefighters, and public security police officers in the city Urban areas are given a housing purchase subsidy of 10,000 yuan for the purchase of newly built commercial housing; Hong Kong and Macao residents are given a subsidy of 10,000 yuan for the purchase of newly built commercial housing in the main urban area of the city.
