According to the Zhitong Finance App, Datang Power Generation (00991) announced that on December 30, 2025, the company signed a capital increase agreement with Datang Group and Datang Nuclear Power Company. Based on this, the company and Datang Group agreed to increase the registered capital of Datang Nuclear Power Company in cash. Among them, according to their respective shareholding ratios in Datang Nuclear Power Company, the company agreed to increase the capital to Datang Nuclear Power Company by RMB 616.944,400, and the Datang Group agreed to increase the capital to Datang Nuclear Power Company by RMB 925.464 million. After the capital increase was completed, the company's total investment in Datang Nuclear Power Company was RMB 188,59566 million, and the total shareholding ratio was still 40%; the total investment amount of Datang Group's investment in Datang Nuclear Power Company was RMB 2828.934,800, and the total shareholding ratio was still 60%.
