Montana Aerospace Appoints New CEO, CFO

03:27 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Montana Aerospace (AERO.SW) named Co-Chief Executive Officer Kai Arndt as CEO following the completion of its strategic portfolio optimization. Meanwhile, the aerospace technology company appointed Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer Michael Pistauer to its board, according to a Tuesday release. Pistauer will be succeeded as CFO by Patrick Maurer, who previously served as CFO of the company's Aerostructures segment. All appointments will take effect on Jan. 1, 2026.
