Agronomics Lifts Stake in Seafood Company BlueNalu

03:16 AM EST, 12/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Agronomics (ANIC.L) raised its stake in seafood company BlueNalu to 12.96% by subscribing to the latter's preferred shares for $6 million and its convertible promissory notes of $600,000. The London-listed clean food-focused investor said Tuesday it intends to fund the subscription of the shares by issuing 30,643,003 new shares. It will satisfy the note purchase using existing cash.
