According to the news, on December 29, Huahong Company issued an announcement that the company plans to purchase Hualiwei shares and raise supporting capital through issuing shares and paying cash. After the transaction is completed, Hualiwei will become the company's holding subsidiary.

The company said that since the disclosure of the transaction plan, the company and related parties have actively promoted all aspects of the transaction. The company will hold a board of directors in the near future to review matters relating to the issuance of shares and cash payments to purchase assets, and disclose relevant documents in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
