Today, the Supreme People's Court issued the “Supreme People's Court's Approval on Issues Relating to the Jurisdiction and Application of the Law in Certain Civil Cases”, which will take effect on December 31, 2025. Jurisdiction of relevant civil cases is determined in accordance with law on some issues in judicial practice where conflicts of jurisdiction are prone, frequent, and where jurisdiction is unclear, to reduce jurisdictional disputes, improve judicial efficiency, and better protect the legal rights and interests of the parties concerned.
