Zhongyuan Jianye (09982): Wang Jun has been appointed as Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongyuan Construction (09982) announced that Mr. Wang Jun (Mr. Wang) has been appointed as an executive director and authorized representative of the Company in accordance with section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) securities listing rules, all with effect from December 29, 2025; and

Ms. Liu Lin (Ms. Liu) has been appointed as an executive director of the Company and a member of the Nomination Committee, with effect from December 29, 2025.
